Great Serpent of the River

‘Saritanāga’ merges Sarita (river) and Naga (serpent), and narrates the story of balance between nature’s strength and nurture. It depicts a great serpent—a symbol of eternal energy flowing, much like a river, through a forest abundant with lotus blooms, darting fish and nature’s bounty. As it flows through, it nourishes every form of life that it caresses along its banks thus embodying the interconnectedness of nature – where every being, from the serpent to the smallest fish are all harmoniously a part of nature’s divine harmony.
